PBMT On-Site Complete/Shared Revenue Plan offers personal, residential and corporate services that include the "phase-in" program:

​The On-Site "Phase-In" Plan is made available to luxury management properties for their residents. The property management would increase residents rent to cover the associated cost of the listed services starting with new residents and rentals. The "phase-in" program will allow a number of units monthly to be phased in, thus incurring no cost to the management property until all unit leases reflect the rental increase for the full concierge package.

  • Arranging Limo & Town Car Pick-up
  • Arranging Reservations for Special Events
  • Scheduling Dinner/Theatre Reservations
  • Dog Walking
  • Parcel/Package Receiving & Delivery
  • Sponsor & Host On-site/Off-Site Residents Events
  • ​On-Site Public Notary
  • ​Watering Plants

Luxury communities welcomes our On-Site concierge service as an enhancement to their already established amenities. For many luxury communities, package delivery has become a full time stressful responsibility, PBMT is here to eliminate that stress. We provide a full line of services that include receiving and distribution of package delivery, residents events and property alertness.
